Job summary

DHL IT Services invites applications for a Network Analyst Intern to join our global team in Cyberjaya. You will gain hands-on experience across network security, access management, and IT operations while supporting our Network Access Assurance (NAA) function.

As part of DHL’s digital backbone, you will work with seasoned security professionals, contribute to documentation, and participate in daily tasks that protect our global logistics platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field.
• CGPA > 3.0 / 2nd Class Upper (Hons).
• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Internship period of minimum 6 months.
• Willingness to work in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in maintaining and updating documentation and knowledge articles.
• Assist with security and network access requests from internal customers.
• Participate in daily operational and security processes within the Network Access Assurance team.
• Review and validate network access and security-related requests.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams on daily tasks.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge management, and process improvements.
• Support reporting and analysis activities related to network and information security.
• Share knowledge and learn from experienced security professionals.

• Current Academic result: CGPA > 3.0/ 2nd Class Upper (Hons)
• Required skills(s): Microsoft Office, Communication Skills, Analytical Thinking.
• Preferred skill(s): Basic Networking and Cybersecurity Knowledge.
• Required language(s): English (written and spoken)
• Internship period of minimum (6 months)
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya
