Job summary

Konecranes Malaysia is seeking a service coordinator to manage planned activities, service requests, and field operations. You will define material requirements, arrange subcontracted services, schedule field crews, and monitor costs to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

This role requires a engineering qualification and 1–2 years’ experience; fresh graduates with internship are welcome. Proficiency with Siebel and MS Office is preferred, along with ISO 14001/45001 awareness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle planned activities, including repairs and on-call work.
• Define material requirements for each service request.
• Arrange sub-contracted services and equipment, including rentals.
• Schedule and dispatch field operatives.
• Review job costs and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Plan, assign and manage field labor hours to maximize productivity.
• Procure required materials, parts and subcontract labor.
• Review performance of service jobs against estimates.
