LG Electronics (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Service Operation Executive to manage and develop our service partner network while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and outstanding customer experiences.

You will work with partners and internal stakeholders to strengthen our service network, validate warranty claims, identify growth opportunities, and support continuous improvement of service delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in operations, service network management, customer service, or dealer/partner management.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain strong relationships with business partners to ensure high-quality customer service.

We are looking for a highly motivated Service Operation Executive to manage and develop our service partner network while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and outstanding customer experiences. In this role, you will work closely with business partners and internal stakeholders to strengthen our service network, validate warranty claims, identify growth opportunities, and support the continuous improvement of service delivery

Key Responsibility

• Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with business partners to ensure high-quality customer service delivery.
• Identify, evaluate, and recruit new service partners to strengthen network coverage and support business growth.
• Monitor partner operations to ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and performance expectations.
• Address and resolve partner concerns, operational issues, and customer service-related complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in regular business reviews, meetings, and operational discussions with partners and stakeholders.
• Review, validate, and process warranty claims accurately and efficiently within established timelines.
• Coordinate activities and initiatives that enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, service network management, customer service, dealer/partner management, or a related role.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Willingness to travel when required.
