Job summary

Medik-Link Sales & Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Service Engineer [Medical / Dental] for KL/Kuching to provide in-house and on-site technical support, installation, and training for customers. The role involves identifying and repairing product issues, supporting events, and performing preventive maintenance.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant Diploma and have 1–2 years in the dental industry, with strong diagnostic skills and willingness to travel outstation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Electronics, Imaging / Radiology (or equivalent).
• 1–2 years’ experience in the dental industry (advantageous).
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and independent with strong technical diagnostic and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel outstation.
• Fresh graduates with a physics-related qualification are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
