Job summary

N DENT SDN. BHD. is seeking a Sales Representative in Puchong (Kinrara Town Centre) to promote its dental products portfolio. Candidates should be able to meet sales targets, travel within Klang Valley, and provide excellent customer service.

Minimum qualification is SPM with optional diplomas or bachelor’s degrees; 1–2 years in sales preferred, fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential; Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM, preferably good credit in science or Diploma / bachelor’s Degree Holder in any field
Science background is an added advantage
1-2 years' experience in sales; fresh graduates with right attitude welcome
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese language a plus

Responsibilities

Present and promote company's dental products portfolio
Execute company strategies eg promotion plans to gain market share and retain current user
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Ensure effective coverage of the assigned areas to meet and exceed sales targets
Communicate features, benefits and unique selling points to customers
Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on orders
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity and product developments
Attend trainings, seminars, workshops, exhibitions and conventions
Learn about dental products and procedures, working with senior reps to enhance knowledge
Undertake other tasks as required

Job description

Total Remuneration: RM4,000 – RM5,000 per month (inclusive of basic pay and monthly allowances)

Minimum SPM, preferably good credit in science or Diploma / bachelor's Degree's Holder in any field. Science background is an added advantage

Preferably 1-2 years' experience in sales

Fresh graduates without relevant experience with right attitude and mindset are welcome - trainings will be provided

Fresh graduates from science stream are encouraged to apply

Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

Good negotiation and closing skills

Fast learner, self-motivated, responsible, ability to work both independently and within a team

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written), proficiency in Chinese language will be an added advantage

Must possess valid driving license with own vehicle and willing to travel within Klang Valley (and outstation if required)

Occasional work on weekends / public holiday if needed (Allowance available)

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor activity and product developments
Attend and participate in trainings, seminars, workshops, exhibitions & conventions
Learn about dental products, technologies and treatment procedures. Work closely with senior representatives to enhance product knowledge
Undertake other tasks as required
