Job summary

Cairnhill Metrology Group in Shah Alam invites a Service Engineer to install, calibrate and service metrology equipment for dimensional measurement and quality control. You will troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance, with occasional travel to customer sites across Malaysia.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred. We value a service heart, strong instrumentation knowledge and a collaborative team spirit to keep systems operational and

Qualifications

• Recognised Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years relevant working experience in service preferred, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot and repair metrology systems for dimensional measurement, quality control and reverse engineering.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations on equipment.
• Maintain contact with customers to improve satisfaction.
• Update CRM for team-wide follow up.
• Report to the Service or Branch Manager or as assigned.
• Assist installations in other parts of Malaysia or overseas.

Cairnhill Metrology Group – Shah Alam, Selangor

• Service the range of Industrial, Advanced and Portable Metrology that we sell for dimensional measurement, defects analysis, quality and reverse engineering. Service the range of in-line checkweighers, X-ray and metal detectors that we sell for automated weight, hazard point and quality control for food, pharma and industrial applications. This includes installing, commissioning, troubleshooting and repairs, preventive maintenance and calibrations.
• Perform work assignments in efficient and methodical fashion, and in its course, also keep in touch with customers, to actively improve customer satisfaction with us/our products
• Update CRM on timely and effective basis for team-wide follow up and teamwork support
• Report to the Service or Branch Manager or as assigned
• At times, you may be required to support installations in other parts of Malaysia or overseas
• Recognised Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
• 3 to 5 years relevant working experience in service preferred, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
