Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a service engineer to conduct calibration and maintenance on site and in the laboratory, ensuring precise measurements and reliable test results.

You will perform after-sales service, installation, testing and commissioning, handle on-site work including height work and troubleshooting, and assist in ISO 17025 documentation. The role supports the sales team with technical clarifications, service reports and quotations, and you will produce timely professional reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Chemical / Microelectronics).
• 1–2 years related experience; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; team player.

Responsibilities

• Conduct calibration and maintenance activities on site and in laboratory.
• Perform after sales service, installation, testing and commissioning.
• On-site work, height work, troubleshooting, corrective actions and on-site repairs.
• Handle ISO 17025 documentation.
• Support sales with technical clarification, service reports and quotations.
• Provide timely and accurate external and internal professional reports.
• Assist supervisor with tasks.

• To assist in task assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Chemical / Microelectronics)
• 1 to 2 years related of working experience in related field will be an advantage.
• Self- motivated and proactive.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Team player and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Having knowledge of ISO 17025 is an advantage.
• Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
