Ingersoll Rand in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, inspect, diagnose, and maintain compressed air systems at a variety of commercial and industrial sites. You will rectify issues on-site and provide hands-on training to customers to maximize reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities include reporting on service quality, feedback on defects to production, and ensuring all activities comply with HSE policies and local regulations.

Formación

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in service, installation, site commissioning.
• Experience in industrial equipment, compressors, rotating equipment, pumps, blowers, generators, HVAC, or other electromechanical systems.
• Dynamic and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player as well as the ability to work independently.
• Valid driving license.

• Ensure all service activities are performed in compliance with company HSE policies, customer safety requirements, and local regulations.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service delivery and proactive technical recommendations.
