Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ service coordination experience in IT services environment.
  • Ability to adapt to different situations with strong communication.
  • Experience with CRM systems and ticketing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and orders.
  • Manage deployment of Lenovo devices and 3rd party products.
  • Prepare monthly billing file for invoicing.
