Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality Group – Puchong New Village is seeking a Service Crew member for the Food & Beverage department at Starvalley Puchong. You will greet and serve customers, take orders, handle payments, prepare tables, and maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas while upholding food safety and hygiene standards.

You should be friendly, punctual, with good communication and customer service skills. Able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Friendly and punctual appearance and attitude.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and variable shifts.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• F&B experience is an advantage but not required.
• Mandarin language ability is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions when required
• Prepare tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining and service areas
• Assist with basic food and beverage preparation
• Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are followed
• Refill condiments, utensils, beverages, and other service items
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally
• Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations
