Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders and serve them promptly
• Process payments accurately using the POS system and issue receipts
• Handle cash, card, and e-wallet transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, cashier counter, and workstations
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving basic issues
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company policies
• Assist with opening, closing, and other assigned duties
