Job summary

Ruema Awan Nano Kitchen is seeking a friendly and reliable service crew member to provide warm, professional service to customers, take and process food and beverage orders, and serve meals and drinks for dine-in guests. This role requires flexibility in working hours, including night and early shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

You will maintain cleanliness, support team members, and assist with cashier duties when assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Certificate in a related field.
• Able to work flexible hours (night shifts/early shifts), weekends, and public holidays.
• Self-disciplined, hardworking, obedient to instructions, a team player, and skilled in maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
• Take and process food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks to tables (dine-in).
• Prepare and pack food and beverages according to SOPs.
• Clean tables, counters, and dining areas after customers have finished eating.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, counters, and premises.
• Handle customer payments (cash/e-wallet) when assigned as cashier.
