Job summary

AMTCK SDN BHD is seeking an entry-level front-of-house team member in Johor Bahru to greet and serve customers, take orders, and assist with menu inquiries. You will handle cashier duties, prepare takeaway orders, and ensure high cleanliness and service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Training will be provided, and fresh school leavers are welcome. Successful applicants will work closely with kitchen staff and the supervisor to maintain smooth daily operations and delivers excellent

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage.
• Friendly, responsible and willing to learn.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good personal hygiene and a positive working attitude.
• Willing to assist with cleaning and general outlet duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and assist with menu enquiries.
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Handle cashier duties and process customer payments when required.
• Prepare and pack takeaway and delivery orders accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service counter and workstations.
• Clear and clean tables promptly after customers leave.
• Refill condiments, utensils, packaging materials and other service items when necessary.
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the outlet.
• Ensure food presentation and service quality meet company standards.
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene requirements and food safety practices.
• Assist in checking and replenishing stock.
• Work closely with kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback politely, and refer issues to the Supervisor when necessary.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
