About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Crew members at our Cafe establishment in Kempas Johor. In this role, you will be the face of our business, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring they have a memorable dining or hospitality experience. As Service Crew, you will play a vital part in delivering the high standards of service that our guests expect, contributing directly to the success and reputation of our venue.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting guests warmly and courteously upon arrival, and seating them appropriately
• Taking food and beverage orders from guests accurately and efficiently
• Serving food and drinks to guests in a professional and timely manner
• Ensuring all plates, glassware and cutlery are clean, polished and properly arranged
• Clearing tables promptly and resetting them for subsequent guests
• Responding to guest requests and special requirements with a positive attitude
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations
• Processing payments and handling cash or card transactions accurately
• Communicating effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery
• Following health, safety and food hygiene regulations at all times
• Assisting with general housekeeping and stocking duties as required
