SYG KOPI in Seri Iskandar, Perak is hiring a Service Crew to deliver warm hospitality and memorable dining experiences. This full-time, on-site role makes you the face of our cafe, greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring tables are clean and well-presented.

You will work as part of a friendly team, maintain knowledge of the menu, handle payments at the POS, and support kitchen and bar staff while upholding hygiene standards.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Service Crew to join the team at SYG KOPI in Seri Iskandar, Perak. This is a full-time position based on-site at our café location. As a Service Crew member, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. You will play a vital role in maintaining our café's reputation for hospitality and excellence, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

Greeting and seating customers in a warm and welcoming manner

Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently, including food and beverage requests

Serving food and drinks to customers with professionalism and attention to detail

What we're looking for

Previous experience in waiting staff, service crew or customer-facing hospitality roles is preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage warmly with diverse customers

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as carrying trays and clearing tables

Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to maintaining consistent service standards

Flexible attitude towards scheduling and willingness to adapt to peak service periods

Knowledge of Malaysian hospitality norms and cultural sensitivity when interacting with customers

Basic numeracy skills for accurate order-taking and payment processing

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is advantageous
