Job summary

Bagus Curtain Sdn Bhd is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage installation schedules, coordinate site measurements, and liaise with installers and customers in Kepong. The role requires bilingual communication in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English and at least 2 years of related experience.

You will organize calendars, route planning, and prepare monthly claims and reports while ensuring smooth interaction across internal teams and external clients.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English to communicate with clients and colleagues.
• Experience in logistics/supply chain coordination or related field preferred.
• Own transport and willingness to work in Kepong.
• At least 2 years of related working experience required.

Responsibilities

• Create and update Sites Calendar and Delivery; coordinate installation and site measurements.
• Manage installers’ tasks, off days, and align job distribution with feedbacks.
• Oversee daily installation tasks and amend schedules as needed.
• Arrange time routes and communicate with customers for installation confirmations.
• Prepare installer monthly claims and related reports; monthly pre/post installation reports.
• Coordinate site measurement coordinator schedules and inquiries.
• Resolve post-installation inquiries; liaise with relevant departments.
• Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle ad hoc duties related to installation and site measurement.

Job description

To create and update Sites Calendar and Delivery - Installation , Site Measurement , Iroining

To manage installers’ tasks, off days, communicate with installers on their job distribution & feedbacks.

To overview Daily Installation Tasks and make necessary amendment.

To arrange Time and Road Route.

To contact customers for confirmation of installation, site condition availability

To prepare Installer Monthly Claim and Reports.

To prepare Monthly Pre and Post Installation related reports

To manage site measurement coordinator's schedules, inquiries and his/her related job scopes

To manage and settle post installation related inquiries and problems ; divert to relevant departments to follow up.

Act as the point of contact for internal and external.

To handle any ad hoc duties related to installation & site measurement.

REQUIREMENTS :

Candidate must possess Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher secondary/STPM;"A" Level/Pre-U/Professional Certificate at in any field.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

Possess own transport.

Applicants must be willing to work in KIP Kepong.
