Job summary

Ambition in Malaysia is seeking a Service Coordinator to support patient care machinery. Based in Shah Alam, you’ll act as the operational backbone for service delivery, coordinating scheduling, client communications, and documentation.

You’ll collaborate with field engineers, sales teams, vendors, and customers, maintaining accurate records in the CMMS and supporting invoicing and contract renewals. StrongOrganisational skills required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in service coordination or customer support, preferably healthcare/medical devices.
• Proficient with MS Office; SAP/ServiceMax a plus and familiarity with medical devices is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service visits, track requests, and plan maintenance.
• Dispatch field engineers for on-site and remote support.
• Serve as primary client contact for service matters.
• Coordinate with vendors and supply chain to source parts.
• Maintain CMMS records, service reports, and documentation.

The Role

You'll be the operational backbone of the service function, managing everything from scheduling to client communication and documentation.

• Manage and track service requests, repair schedules, and planned maintenance activities
• Dispatch field engineers for on-site and remote technical support
• Act as the primary contact for clients on all service and support matters
• Work closely with vendors and the supply chain team to procure parts and resources
• Maintain accurate digital records, service reports, and CMMS entries
• Support invoicing, contract renewals, and ongoing service administration

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Experience in service coordination or customer support, preferably within healthcare or medical devices

• Knowledge of SAP or ServiceMax would be an advantage
• Basic familiarity with medical devices or healthcare equipment is a plus
