We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Qualitas Medical Group Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless communication between our clients and internal teams. This position is essential to driving our sales efficiency and maintaining strong client relationships, directly contributing to the growth and success of our organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating and processing sales orders, quotes, and proposals with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintaining detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the company database
• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and preparing sales presentations
• Responding to client enquiries and providing product or service information in a timely and professional manner
• Liaising between clients, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery
• Monitoring sales pipeline and preparing regular reports on sales metrics and performance
• Assisting with invoicing, billing and order tracking to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
• Supporting the coordination of sales events, promotions and marketing initiatives
• Maintaining professional communication with clients and ensuring excellent customer service standards

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator at least 1 year or in a similar sales administration role, preferably within the healthcare or medical sector
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support colleagues effectively
• Professional and courteous approach to client interactions and relationship management
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards improving sales processes
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of the medical or healthcare industry would be highly beneficial
