Jungheinrich Malaysia is seeking a proactive Service Coordinator to dispatch service engineers and plan capacities, ensuring customer breakdown repairs and service requests are completed promptly and cost-effectively. This role will be the first point of contact for customers and will manage technician scheduling, appointments, and related quotations.

You will coordinate with service managers and field staff, provide timely updates to customers, and handle spare parts orders linked to service

Responsabilités

• Answering customer calls for service requests.
• Create service notifications and manage assigned field service technicians.
• Plan daily deployment of service technicians.
• Book appointments and schedule maintenance/repairs by priority.
• Maintain overview of technicians' locations and job status.
• Update customers on job progress.
• Prepare quotations linked to service reports.
• Prepare spare parts orders linked to service reports.
• Prepare standard quotations.
• Assist with other office related duties.
• Coordinate work passes for technicians to enter job sites.

The Service Coordinator is responsible for dispatching the service engineers and planning their capacities to ensure that customer breakdown repairs & servicing requests are completed in an efficient, cost-effective manner. The Service Coordinator is the customer's first point of contact and is responsible to ensure we fulfil the response time needed.

Core Tasks

• Answering customer call for service request


• Creating service notification and management of assigned field service technicians


• Deployment control / planning of service technicians daily


• Appointment booking with customers and order planning by scheduling technicians for maintenance, repairs and so on according to priorities and knowledge level


• Maintain overview of technicians' resources, e.g.: location, status of service job


• Update the customer timely on the job status


• Ensure breakdown repairs are resolved timely by working closely with Service Technicians & Service Managers.


• Prepare quotations linked to service reports and submit to Customer


• Prepare spare parts order linked to the service report


• Prepare standard quotations

Additional Task

• Assist with other office related duties
