Job summary

MEGA EXPRESS SDN BHD is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Kuching to support the sales function with administrative, operational, and coordination tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication with customers and internal teams.

You will visit assigned outlets for stock checks and POs, prepare quotations and invoices, maintain customer records and pricing, assist in sales proposals and materials, track orders, and help coordinate events and activations to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist with visiting assigned outlets to carry out tasks such as stock counts, issuing POs, and other outlet-related requirements
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and product information
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and supporting materials
• Track order status and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Support the coordination and execution of events, tastings, and activations
