Job summary

Kobelco Construction Machinery Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Sabah, is seeking a dedicated Parts & Service Coordinator to lead the KCMM Sabah Parts & Service Department operations, including sales performance and activities.

Responsibilities include budget monitoring, warranty processing, handling customer complaints, planning afte r sales activities, and providing technical support to customers, branches, dealers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee KCMM Sabah Parts & Service Department operations including sales performance and activities.
• Monitor annual Parts & Service budget to ensure achievement of targets.
• Handle warranty system and warranty process flow for timely, accurate submissions.
• Address customer complaints or requests efficiently.
• Plan and analyse aftersales activities including visiting customers and worksites.
• Provide technical support to customers, branches, dealers and internal sales team.
• Conduct product and technical training to mechanics, internal staff, customers and operators.
• Set Parts & Service KPI and conduct staff performance assessments, usually year-end.
• Prepare and present Parts & Service materials during quarterly, budget and management meetings.

Job description

In charge of KCMM Sabah Parts & Service Department operation including sales performance & sales activities.

Monitor and follow up on the annual Parts & Service budget to ensure achievement of the target.

Handling the warranty system and warranty process flow to ensure on time and accurate submission of warranty claim reports.

Handling customers complain or request efficiently.

Aftersales activity planning and analysis including visiting customers and their work site if necessary.

Provide technical support to customers, branches, dealers and internal sales team.

Conducting product and technical training to mechanics, internal sales team, customers and their operators and mechanics when required.

Set Parts & Service staff KPI and conduct Parts & Service staff performance assessment usually during financial year end.

Prepare and present Parts & Service presentation material during company's quarterly, budget and any other management meeting
