Job summary

Hilton in Malaysia seeks a Kids Club Attendant to organize and lead recreational activities for hotel guests' children, ensuring a fun and safe experience. You will coordinate fitness classes, sports, and children’s programs while maintaining high safety and service standards.

Experience in recreation or hospitality is preferred, with strong English skills and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Malaysian working rights are required.

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to support events and activities; assist with setup and breakdown.
• Program Support: Contribute ideas to improve recreational programs and promote wellness initiatives.
• Problem Solving: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel standards.
