Job summary

Hilton in Malaysia is seeking a Kids Club Attendant to organize and deliver engaging recreational activities for hotel guests, including fitness classes and children’s programs. You will ensure safety and high-quality guest experiences while coordinating with other hotel teams to support events.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to lead activities, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recreation, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and participate in fitness and recreational activities.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Open to Malaysian and possess legal working rights in Malaysia.

• Problem Solving: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel standards.
