Traders Hotel by Shangri-La in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dynamic Service Associate in Food & Beverage to greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. You will coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery and maintain area cleanliness.

The role requires 1+ year in hospitality or strong interest, with English and Malay proficiency and potential advantage for Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese language skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or fresh graduates with strong hospitality interest.
• Pleasant appearance with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Malay; knowledge of Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and escort guests to their tables in a courteous and professional manner.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and correct delivery of orders.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, following service standards.
• Monitor assigned tables and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area before, during, and after service.

Job Summary: The Service Associate - Food & Beverage is responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages while ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
