Job summary

AME Elite Consortium Berhad in Kulai, Malaysia, is seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor to assist customers with vehicle repairs. You will assess issues, communicate clearly, and guide customers through solutions while coordinating with technicians.

The role requires strong communication abilities in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin, as well as basic computer literacy and a valid driving license. You will join a team focused on delivering high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be pleasant, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently and cope with pressure.
• Basic computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assist customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Attend to customers’ car problems and recommend solutions.
• Estimate repair costs and completion times, update customers on progress.
• Explain work performed when delivering the completed car.
• Handle customer complaints to ensure high satisfaction.
