DayOne Data Centers Malaysia I Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Workday Techno-Functional Senior Specialist/Lead to administer, configure, and optimize Workday across HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and reporting modules.

You will work with HR, IT, and Finance to deliver enhancements, reports, and integrations that ensure data integrity and a superior employee experience. You will partner with global teams to support releases, security governance, and data governance, while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, CS, Business Admin or related field is required.
3–7 years of techno-functional Workday experience is expected.
Hands‑on with Workday HCM and modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Learning, Payroll, or Prism Analytics.
Experience with Workday integrations, reporting, and security configuration.
Experience in global or regional HR operations environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Workday HCM and related modules to support HR operations.
Configure business processes, security roles, notifications, calculated fields, and validations.
Support Workday releases, feature adoption, regression testing, and impact assessments.
Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Monitor integrations and troubleshoot performance with IT and vendors.
Ensure security domains and data governance across Workday modules.
Lead UAT, test scripting, and change management activities.
Provide SME-level support to HR, managers, and employees.
