Job summary

Grab is seeking a Senior Solution Specialist, People Systems to lead Workday initiatives across Time Tracking, Absence Management, Time Off and Core HCM. You will partner with People, business and tech teams to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

You will drive enhancements, support HR transformation programs, and improve experiences through reliable, compliant People Systems solutions. Based onsite at Petaling Jaya, reporting to the Solution Manager II, People Systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Workday, HRIS or People Systems and hands-on experience in Time Tracking, Absence Management and Core HCM.
• Led at least two Workday implementation cycles involving Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, business processes, testing, UAT and release management.
• Strong experience with Workday reporting, analytics, EIB and security administration.
• Experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior SME for Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, Time Off and Core HCM processes.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday enhancements: requirements, fit-gap, design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment.
• Translate country-specific policies and regulations into scalable Workday configurations and controls.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve complex system issues and assess downstream impacts.
• Support Workday implementation and transformation programs including payroll and integrations readiness.
• Manage Workday releases and system improvements, including reporting and security.
• Identify opportunities for automation and use of AI tools to improve productivity.
