Job summary

Grab seeks a Senior Workday Solutions Manager to lead the People Systems portfolio and own Workday end-to-end delivery across Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Learning, Absence, Time Tracking, Security and Reporting.

You will drive the functional roadmap, governance, and operate with senior stakeholders, delivering transformation with Security and data integrity. Based onsite in Petaling Jaya.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HRIS or People Systems.
• 5+ years leading Workday delivery teams.
• Experience with two end-to-end Workday implementations.
• Budget and vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workday functional team with priorities and growth plans.
• Own Workday modules end to end including BAU support and releases.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday configurations.
• Govern the full solution lifecycle from design to hypercare.
• Partner with Technology, Security, Payroll, Finance and vendors.
• Identify and adopt AI opportunities in Workday operations.
