Job summary

Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS) seeks a Solution Manager II, People Systems, to own the Workday roadmap and lead a team of specialists across Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, and more. This onsite role at Petaling Jaya focuses on end-to-end configurations, upgrades and continuous improvements while maintaining data integrity and governance.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, Technology, Security, Finance and Vendors to maximise the value of Workday, drive automation

Qualifications

• Experience leading Workday functional teams across modules (HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent).
• Ability to translate business requirements into Workday configurations and reports.
• Strong collaboration with Technology, Security, Data, Payroll, Finance and Vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workday functional team, set priorities, standards and growth plans.
• Own Workday module roadmaps and cross-module design and dependencies.
• Manage BAU, backlog, releases, and major projects end to end.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable Workday configurations and controls.
• Govern the full solution lifecycle from design to hypercare and release management.
• Ensure reliable delivery of People processes including lifecycle, compensation and reporting.
