Job summary

GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Solution Specialist, People Systems to lead and enhance Workday solutions across Time Tracking, Absence Management, Time Off and Core HCM.

This onsite role partners with People, business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable Workday configurations. The role reports to Solution Manager II, People Systems and is based at our Petaling Jaya office, driving end-to-end Workday enhancements and continuous improvements for the HR

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Workday, HRIS or People Systems, including hands-on expertise in Time Tracking, Absence Management and Core HCM.
• Led at least two Workday implementation cycles involving Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, business processes, testing, UAT and release management.
• Strong experience with Workday reporting, analytics, EIB and security administration.
• Experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, improve workflows and contribute new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior subject matter expert for Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, Time Off and related Core HCM processes.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Workday enhancements, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT and deployment.
• Translate country-specific employment policies, leave regulations and business requirements into scalable Workday configurations and controls.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve complex system issues, assess downstream impacts and provide timely recommendations.
• Support Workday implementation and transformation programmes, including time tracking, overtime, absence, payroll and integration readiness.
• Manage Workday releases and system improvements, including reporting, EIB, security and business process changes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity, analysis and solution delivery.
