Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, Material Science, Physics or equivalent.
• 5 years related experience; semiconductor engineering experience adds advantage.
• Coaching and supervising technicians by assigning tasks and checking work regularly.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Set ambitious targets for equipment efficiency and reliability, leading improvement projects.
• Make timely decisions to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.
• Schedule planned maintenance to keep Wire Bond equipment safe, available and high quality.
• Lead maintenance culture with training, systematic troubleshooting and root cause actions.
• Investigate counter-measures to prevent repetitive breakdowns.
• Support Copper & Aluminum Wire Bond maintenance engineering and ramp up of new technology.
