Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a Storekeeper cum Lorry Driver to manage inventory, receive materials, issue supplies, and transport goods to production sites. You will maintain stock records, coordinate deliveries, and ensure accuracy and safety in all warehouse operations.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in storekeeping, logistics, or delivery operations.
• Valid Goods Driving License (GDL).
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and attention to detail.
• Abled body to lift, carry, and move materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and record incoming materials to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through stock monitoring, physical counts, system updates, and proper storage practices.
• Issue materials and supplies to production based on approved requests with proper documentation.
• Organize and store materials with proper labeling and easy retrieval.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics for timely stock flow.
• Operate company vehicles safely to transport materials and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Comply with warehouse, transportation, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory, delivery, and transportation records for reporting and audits.
