• Previous experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or inventory control is an advantage.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail when checking goods and updating records.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel; familiarity with inventory systems is an advantage.
• The ability to communicate clearly and coordinate with colleagues, suppliers, and delivery personnel.
• A responsible and reliable approach, with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness and ability to carry out the physical aspects of receiving, storing, and moving goods using appropriate equipment and safe handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check deliveries, verifying quantities and conditions against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Organize and store materials, tools, and equipment so items are clearly labelled, safely stored, and easy to locate.
• Issue materials and equipment to authorized personnel and maintain accurate records of stock movements.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing and project teams on replenishment requirements.
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile physical stock with records, and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate deliveries and returns with suppliers, transporters, and site teams.
• Maintain proper documentation, including delivery orders, goods received records, and stock reports.
• Keep the store clean, orderly, and safe, promptly reporting damaged items, shortages, or hazards.
• Support other store and inventory duties as required.
