Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; professional certification is a plus.
• 8+ years in warehouse/logistics or manufacturing operations.
• 3–5 years in a warehouse managerial or senior leadership role.
• Experience with SAP/WMS and warehouse automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking, staging and dispatch.
• Ensure safety, quality, GMP and food safety standards are met; drive continuous improvement.
• Manage automation systems (ASRS, AGV, SAP/WMS integration) and coordinate with IT, production and logistics.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and implement KPI tracking to meet service targets.
• Develop and coach a capable warehouse team and optimize space, manpower and equipment.
