Job summary

Bunge Loders Croklaan Oils Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations leader in Johor to ensure efficient, accurate warehouse performance. The role focuses on inventory excellence, process optimization, and seamless integration between SAP/WMS and automation systems.

You will drive safety, quality, and compliance while leading a cross-functional team to deliver high service levels and cost efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or related operations.
• 3–5 years of leadership managing warehouse teams and performance.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, edible oils, or similar process industries.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or WMS.
• Experience leading or implementing ASRS, AGV, or warehouse automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
• Ensure products are handled safely, stored correctly, and delivered on time.
• Optimize warehouse space, manpower, equipment utilization, and operating efficiency.
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs including productivity, service level, inventory accuracy, and cost performance.
