Job summary

GC PACKAGING SDN BHD seeks a detail-oriented Senior Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods in Kulai, Johor. You will supervise warehouse staff, optimize workflows, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure safety and compliance with regulations while coordinating with procurement and sales teams.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
4+ years in warehouse/logistics, with supervisory or executive-level experience.
Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics processes.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Forklift license or certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Supervise, mentor, and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance.
Ensure accurate order fulfilment and timely delivery.
Maintain inventory records and conduct cycle counts / full physical inventory checks.
Coordinate loading/unloading activities and transport logistics.
Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices.
