YCH DistriPark Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a senior warehousing and logistics leader to plan and execute daily operations in line with SOPs and business goals.

You will ensure KPI achievement, data integrity, and cost-efficient processes across multiple sites, while driving automation and digital solutions. The role requires 8–10 years in warehousing/logistics, including at least 5 in a leadership capacity, with strong skills in WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8-10 years in warehousing and logistics with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record managing large-scale logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with cost control and budgeting experience.

• Lead planning and execution of daily warehousing and logistics against SOPs and objectives.
• Achieve key KPIs: accuracy, lead time, throughput, service levels.
• Oversee inventory data integrity and timely updates in systems.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
• Lead warehouse automation and digital solution implementations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Escalate and drive root-cause analyses for complaints.
• Provide leadership and coaching across multiple sites or regions.
• Ensure facilities and equipment meet safety and operational standards.
