Job summary

Pharmaserv Alliances Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Operations Manager cum Warehouse Manager to lead all aspects of warehouse and distribution activities in Malaysia. You will drive inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, and customer service while ensuring regulatory compliance and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include overseeing receiving, storage, and dispatch, managing KPIs, and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience, including managerial experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, order fulfilment, logistics, cold-chain operations, supplier management and supply continuity.
• Experience in GDP/GDPMD, quality systems, audit requirements, risk management and business-continuity planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Operations and Warehouse functions and ensure readiness to support business growth.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns with high standards.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts and stock checks.
• Ensure timely deliveries, monitor OTIF, and resolve customer complaints.
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners; develop contingency plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including GDP/GDPMD and QA processes.
• Drive cost efficiency, productivity improvements and lean initiatives.
