Job summary

Brooks Automation is seeking a Warehouse Manager for its brand-new Greenfield facility in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The role oversees material control, inventory, kitting, and cycle count programs to support high-tech manufacturing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing/semiconductor or high-tech environments.
Only manufacturing industry candidates will be considered.
Proven track record in logistics strategy and execution.
Strong understanding of Malaysian and international shipping regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

Receiving management: ensure timely, accurate receipt of materials and compliance with requirements.
Kitting operations: develop and execute kits to production schedules with high accuracy.
Inventory control & cycle count: maintain accuracy, investigate root causes, and reduce discrepancies.
Production replenishment & material flow: implement pull systems and Kanban to avoid line stoppages.
Leadership & continuous improvement: coach teams; apply Lean, 5S; manage KPI-driven reviews.
