Brooks Automation in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead materials control, inventory accuracy, and flow in our new Greenfield facility in Johor Bahru. You will design stockroom procedures, implement replenishment strategies, and drive KPI-based improvements across receiving, kitting, and production support.

The role requires a minimum 10 years in warehouse management within semiconductor/high-tech environments, and fluency in English (Bahasa Malaysia preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in warehouse management within semiconductor or related high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience in logistics strategy and execution in manufacturing environments.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate receipt of materials and deliveries.
• Develop and implement kitting and production-stocking strategies to support schedules.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and ERP data integrity.
• Lead replenishment processes (pulls, Kanban, visual systems) to prevent shortages.
• Coach warehouse teams and drive Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
