Job summary

Brooks Automation in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee material control, inventory, kitting and cycle counts at our new Greenfield facility in Johor Bahru.

The successful candidate will lead a team, implement stockroom procedures, optimize receiving and production replenishment, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of Malaysian shipping regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate receipt of materials and deliveries.
• Develop and implement kitting strategies aligned with production schedules.
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
• Manage production replenishment using pull systems and Kanban.
• Lead Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership and coaching to warehouse teams to achieve targets.
