BROOKS AUTOMATION in Malaysia’s Johor Bahru site is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead materials management in a new greenfield facility. You will oversee receiving, inventory control, kitting, and cycle counting to support production and on-time delivery.
You will implement stockroom procedures, develop lean processes (5S), and drive continuous improvement with data-driven KPIs. Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Planning, Quality, and Production
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in warehouse management in high-tech manufacturing.
- Proven logistics strategy and execution.
- Knowledge of regulatory shipping compliance and customs.
Mansioni
- Oversee receiving from raw materials, including verification and documentation.
- Develop kitting strategies to support production schedules and reduce interruptions.
- Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counting and reconciliations.
- Manage material replenishment to ensure continuous production and optimal flow.
- Lead Lean, 5S and KPI-driven improvements within warehouse operations.
