Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to safeguard the brand image nationwide through exemplary VM at Stand-Alone Boutiques and Counters. You will plan workflows, coordinate global VM materials, and manage suppliers to ensure stylish, consistent POS displays in line with marketing calendars.

The role requires 2–3 years in retail VM, strong communication, and the ability to lead multiple contractors while maintaining high attention to detail and brand integrity across all channels.

Qualifications

• Advanced Diploma in Interior, Graphic, Industrial Design or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in retail visual merchandising, preferably in cosmetics.
• Experience working with contractors and suppliers; ability to read technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Visual Merchandising at POS and ensure brand image is upheld.
• Plan workflows to ensure timely VM execution and changes.
• Forecast and coordinate VM materials and planograms.
• Source and manage locally/regionally produced SPMs with quality control.
• Maintain VM assets, campaigns, and window displays in sync with calendar.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, Product and Regional VM teams.
• Coach and develop store teams; uphold CHANEL VM culture.
