Job summary

MY Bodi Noble Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced Visual Merchandiser to assist in designing and implementing in-store displays that align with the brand’s visual language. You will contribute to graphic design tasks, space planning, and production of seasonal campaigns.

You will manage visual merchandising across windows, counters, and fixtures, ensuring high-quality, eye-catching displays and effective campaigns while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser.
• Demonstrable visual design skills with a retail merchandising portfolio.
• Solid experience in field visual merchandising including window, interior displays and space utilisation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Visual Merchandiser Manager with visual and graphic design tasks.
• Design brand offline space and sample production ensuring brand visual tone.
• Set up in-store displays reflecting brand identity across gondolas, counters and racks.
• Develop creative visual merchandising strategy and space planogram proposals.
• Create appealing displays guiding customers through the store and standards for window and interior displays.
• Coordinate with suppliers on campaign materials, props, and invoices.
• Develop concepts for marketing campaigns and promotional collaterals.

Job description

• Assisting Visual Merchandiser Manager on the visual design and graphic design job task.
• Responsible for brand offline space design and sample production, ensuring the quality and consistency with the beauty brand's visual tone.
• Set up visually inspiring in-store retail displays (Gondola, counter, display rack design etc.) which reflect and uphold brand identity.
• Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy.
• Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
• Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays.
• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors on campaign materials and props productions, invoices processing.
• Develop concept and design for marketing campaign, festive events and promotions by designing marketing collaterals.
• Space Creativity: Propose channel space creative ideas based on the brand's tone and grasp the design direction.
• Planogram: Develop Plano design proposals based on the sell-out, communicate and coordinate with the other departments to complete POSM, display design, and construction drawing.
• Sample Production: Implement sample production and final products tracking based on the space design and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Years Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser.
• Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio.
• Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilisation.
• Experience in FMCG industry (Pharma, Beauty Industry) is a plus.
Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices Proof of a comprehensive portfolio of relevant visual design work.
