Zusammenfassung

AllwaysFirst is seeking a UPS Field Service Engineer to support data center infrastructure projects in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. The role covers installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of UPS systems and related power infrastructure to ensure reliable operation at customer sites.

You will conduct on-site surveys, perform installation and acceptance testing, troubleshoot UPS equipment, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of UPS field service or data center infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on UPS installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of UPS systems, battery systems, and power distribution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; MS Project is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Conduct on-site surveys and support technical solutions for data center projects.
• Install, commission, test, and accept UPS equipment and battery systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair of UPS systems.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare technical drawings, project documentation, schedules, budgets, and service reports.
• Provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring satisfaction.
• Travel to customer sites across Malaysia and Southeast Asia as required.
