Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia in IOI City, Putrajaya, is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Transfer Agency Transformation Programme. You will liaise between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, contribute to UAT planning, execution and sign-off, and ensure releases meet operational standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of Transfer Agency operations, experience in UAT, agile delivery with Jira and Confluence, and excellent coordination across geographies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Transfer Agency operations across key domains including transaction processing, settlements, SWIFT messaging, Forex and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in UAT participation and execution with clear entry/exit criteria and sign-off processes.
• Ability to translate user stories and business requirements into structured test scenarios for Transfer Agency workflows.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments with Jira and Confluence for sprint tracking and artefact management.
• Strong coordination and communication skills across geographies and time zones.
• Familiarity with pre-production testing, defect logging and release readiness checks.
• Knowledge of system configuration validation including user roles and access rights.

Responsibilities

• Support the UAT testing stream across TA applications, aligning with sprint and release timelines.
• TranslateUserStories into structured test scenarios for TA workflows including subscriptions and settlements.
• Participate in UAT cycles with stakeholders and document sign-offs.
• Perform functional validation of business flows including tokenized assets and other TA processes.
• Maintain UAT artefacts and ensure traceability from requirements to test results.
• Validate system configurations and access rights in enterprise platforms.
• Identify and report gaps and risks during pre-production testing and escalate as needed.
• Contribute to release notes with tested functionality and known limitations.
