Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, located in IOI City, Putrajaya, is seeking a Senior Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and IT delivery for the Transfer Agency Transformation Programme. You will lead end-to-end UAT planning, execution and sign-off across the TA platform to ensure releases meet regulatory standards and business quality.

Based in APAC region, you will coordinate with teams in Ireland, Luxembourg and Canada, document test artefacts, validate configurations, and help ensure production

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Transfer Agency operations across settlements and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record in UAT planning and cross-jurisdiction sign-off.
• Ability to translate requirements into end-to-end test scenarios for TA workflows.
• Experience in Agile environments with Jira and Confluence for sprint tracking and artefact management.
• Strong coordination across multiple geographies and time zones, with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Co‑lead the UAT testing stream across environments.
• Translate User Stories into structured test scenarios for TA workflows.
• Coordinate UAT cycles with stakeholders across Ireland, Luxembourg and Canada.
• Validate new TA flows including digital and tokenized assets and AI-assisted trade processing.
• Maintain UAT artefacts and ensure traceability from requirements to test results.
• Validate system configurations including user roles and access rights during UAT.
