Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia in Putrajaya is seeking a Senior Analyst to bridge business and IT, driving end-to-end UAT planning, execution and sign-off in the Transfer Agency platform. You will ensure releases meet regulatory standards and business quality thresholds across APAC.

You will coordinate across Ireland, Luxembourg, and Canada, validate new TA flows including digital asset handling, and maintain comprehensive UAT artefacts and change documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in UAT within Transfer Agency or TA-related platforms.
• Ability to coordinate UAT with regional stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting, data integrity and quality thresholds.
• Proven ability to maintain traceability from requirements to test results.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead the UAT testing stream, defining test scope, entry/exit criteria and signoff conditions across environments.
• Translate User Stories into structured test scenarios covering TA workflows (subscriptions, redemptions, switches, transfers, corporate actions, etc.).
• Coordinate UAT cycles with business stakeholders across regions, consolidating sign-off documentation.
• Perform functional validation of new TA flows including tokenized assets and AI-assisted processing.
• Maintain UAT artefacts including test plans, defect logs, and traceability.
• Validate system configurations in NOVA to reflect business requirements and security standards.
• Identify functional gaps and regression risks, prioritising defect resolution before production.
• Support release notes by documenting tested functionality and known limitations.
