Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia is seeking a Business Analyst to support UAT planning and execution for the Transfer Agency platform. You will help translate user stories into test scenarios and collaborate with IT delivery teams to ensure releases meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating UAT cycles, validating business processes such as subscriptions and redemptions, and maintaining test artefacts. The role operates in the APAC region with standard 9am–6pm hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and executing UAT for complex TA systems.
• Ability to translate user stories into structured test scenarios for Transfer Agency workflows.
• Capable of capturing feedback from testers and guiding IT delivery teams.
• Knowledge of release notes and system configurations related to UAT.

Responsibilities

• Support the UAT testing stream across app environments, aligning with sprint and release timelines.
• Translate User Stories into test scenarios covering subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and corporate actions.
• Participate in UAT cycles with business stakeholders and document sign-offs.
• Perform functional validation of business flows in TA application, including asset trading and tokenized assets.
• Maintain UAT artefacts such as test plans and defect logs with traceability.
• Validate system configurations and access rights in NOVA against business requirements.
• Identify and report gaps and regression risks during pre-production testing.
• Contribute to release notes by documenting tested functionality and known limitations.
