Job summary

FNZ Services (NZ) Limited is seeking a Senior Transfer Agency Officer to join our Investment Operations team in Kuala Lumpur. The role supports daily Transfer Agency processes across dealing, registrations, cash, corporate actions and client servicing, with mentoring responsibilities for junior staff.

You will collaborate with Operations Executives, Team Leads and Managers to maintain service excellence and manage risk.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in transfer agency, investment operations, fund administration or financial services operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily running of Transfer Agency operations and associated processes.
• Ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day operational activities within the team.
• Deliver services to clients in line with service standards, KPIs and regulatory requirements.
• Support client reporting and ensure timely submissions.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve queries and support business requirements.
• Assist with system enhancements, UAT and quality control activities.
• Support operational improvements and technology solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in managing operational risk, including error identification, escalation, investigation and reporting.
• Contribute to KPI and KRI monitoring and strengthen controls.
• Support audit activities, client visits and regulatory reviews.
• Implement and maintain operational controls to reduce errors and mitigate risk.
• Ensure compliance with FNZ policies and regulatory obligations.
